Process

 

At Willow, it always starts with design…

Step #1

We invite you to come and visit our Design Centre for an inspirational walk through. Our design centre covers every aspect of what you would need for your dream backyard.

Now that your creative juices are flowing, we invite you to sit down and discuss what you would like to see in your backyard.

 

Step #2

After carefully reviewing your requirements, desires and passions, our team of professional designers will prepare a proposal for your review.

A 50% deposit of the proposed project budget is required at this step of the process.

Step #3

With some initial concepts in hand, one of our professional staff will visit your property to record all measurements and grading.

If a pool is included in the design concept, all specs and zoning bylaws are taken into account while recording data.

 

Step #4

Our certified designers apply all of the data points captured on site and incorporate them into our initial design concept. Throughout this process will be in constant communication with you.

The first viewing of the finalized plan will be delivered within approximately two weeks of receiving the deposit.

Step #5

Any Change requests to the design are made here and first build budget is presented to you.

 

Step #6

A deposit for the purchase of your pool and landscape build are required. The deposit amount is dependent on your requested start date.
